  • Live workshops and interactive learning sessions

  • Digital learning tools and educational resources

3. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during enrollment
  • Actively participate in educational programs and complete assignments
  • Pay all fees and costs as agreed upon in your enrollment agreement
  • Maintain confidentiality of course materials and other students' information
  • Use educational resources responsibly and for personal learning purposes only
  • Notify us promptly of any changes in your contact information
  • Respect other students and instructors in all interactions

4. Educational Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, educational content, and resources provided by SecureFundHub are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or resell course materials without permission
  • Record, copy, or reproduce educational content for commercial purposes
  • Use our educational materials to create competing services
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platforms

5. Fees and Payment Terms

Our fee structure will be clearly outlined in your enrollment agreement. Payment terms include:

  • Monthly subscription fees for ongoing programs
  • One-time payments for specific courses or workshops
  • Additional costs for premium coaching or consultation services
  • All fees are payable in Singapore dollars unless otherwise specified
  • Automatic renewal terms for subscription-based services

6. Comprehensive Refund Policy

Educational Service Refund Terms: We are committed to student satisfaction and provide comprehensive refund options for our educational services. Our refund policy includes the following provisions:

6.1. Cooling-Off Period

  • 7-Day Trial Period: New students can cancel any program within 7 days of enrollment for a full refund, regardless of course progress.
  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the quality of education within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund with no questions asked.

6.2. Ongoing Program Refunds

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Refunds will be prorated based on unused days in the current billing cycle.
  • Course Completion: For programs with less than 25% completion, you may receive a 75% refund. Between 25-50% completion, you may receive a 50% refund.
  • Technical Issues: Full refunds available if technical problems prevent access to educational content for more than 7 consecutive days.

6.3. Workshop and Live Session Refunds

  • Advance Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • Last-Minute Cancellation: 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours but before session start time.
  • No-Show: No refund for failure to attend without prior notice.
  • Session Disruption: Full refund or rescheduling if we cancel or significantly modify a session.

6.4. Coaching and Personal Services Refunds

  • Session-Based Refunds: Unused coaching sessions can be refunded at the original rate within 90 days of purchase.
  • Package Refunds: Coaching packages can be refunded for unused sessions, minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: Full refund for any session where the coaching quality does not meet our published standards.

6.5. Refund Process and Timeline

  • Request Method: Submit refund requests through email to info@securefundhub.com with your enrollment details.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.
  • Documentation: We may request feedback or documentation to process certain refund requests.

6.6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certification fees paid to third-party organizations
  • Physical materials that have been shipped and delivered
  • Services where significant personalized work has been completed
  • Promotional or discounted services specifically marked as non-refundable

7. Platform Usage and Conduct

When using our educational platform, you must:

  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for educational purposes
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users
  • Report any technical issues or security concerns promptly
  • Avoid any activities that could harm or disrupt our services

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our educational services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific program or service in question.

9. Educational Standards and Certification

We adhere to high educational standards and best practices in financial literacy education. Our programs are designed to provide practical knowledge and skills, but we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or results from applying the knowledge learned.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior
  • Fail to pay required fees
  • Misuse our educational content or platform

Upon termination, you will lose access to our educational platform and materials, but completed course records will be maintained according to our retention policy.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Singapore law and the jurisdiction of Singapore courts. Any disputes will be resolved through Singapore legal procedures, with preference for mediation before formal legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with 30 days' notice for material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
